Alpha Men & Divas of Tomorrow
The Theta Pi Lambda Chapter oversees the Alpha Men & Divas of Tomorrow Youth Organization (AMDOT). AMDOT is a leadership and mentorship program for local high school youth. The mission of the organization is to mentor youth in the areas of high academic standards, personal development, leadership skills, community service, and college preparation. The organization is comprised of both males and females. The male component is referred to as the Men of Tomorrow while the female component is referred to as the Divas of Tomorrow.
